The short version

You can
  • Use, reproduce, modify and display a downloaded image for commercial and non-commercial purposes (§ 1).
  • Do so worldwide, with no time limit and no royalties per use (§ 1).
  • Use it in websites, apps, software and digital products; in marketing, ads, social media and editorial content; and on book covers, album artwork, packaging and print (§ 2).
You can't
  • Use images for illegal, defamatory or deceptive purposes (§ 3).
  • Get exclusive rights: the license is non-exclusive, so other users can license the same image (§ 1).
  • Rely on a warranty that an image resembles no real person, place, product or trademark (§ 3).
Which license applies?
Each image page shows the license that applies to that image. Where it differs from this agreement, the license on the image page governs that image (§ 1).

1. Grant of License

When you download an image from Pix4Less (using signup, subscription, or purchased credits), Pix4Less grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the image for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Rights status can vary from image to image (for example, public-domain artworks or images with additional restrictions). Each image page shows the license that applies to that image; where it differs from this agreement, the license shown on the image page governs that image.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Websites, mobile applications, software UI, and digital products.
  • Marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, and editorial content.
  • Book covers, album artwork, packaging, and print collateral.

3. AI Provenance & Disclaimers

Images on Pix4Less are generated using AI models, unless the image page states otherwise. They are not photographs of real events and do not depict real, identifiable persons unless the image page says so. Any resemblance to a real person, place, product, or trademark is unintended, and Pix4Less makes no warranty that an image is free of such resemblances. Provenance markers vary by image; Pix4Less does not guarantee that every image contains an invisible watermark. You agree not to use images for illegal, defamatory, or deceptive purposes.

4. User Creations & Catalog Reusability

Participation in our Creator Royalty Program is a mandatory prerequisite for using the Pix4Less image generation service. All images generated on Pix4Less are automatically admitted to our public catalog and may be searched, viewed, and downloaded by other users under the terms of this Commercial License Agreement. In return, generating creators are eligible to receive credit refunds under our Creator Royalty Program when qualifying downloads occur, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
